Post Closing Mortgage Analyst

First Continental Mortgage (FCM) is currently seeking a highly motivated, and qualified individual to fulfill the role of Post Closing Shipper in our Houston location. This is an in-office role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review closed loan files for completeness and accuracy prior to shipment.
- Prepare and ship loan packages to investors in accordance with guidelines and deadlines.
- Ensure all required documents are properly executed and included in each file.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve Post-Closing issues.
- Learn the Investor Delivery Desk -- training will be provided.
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ambition to grow within the mortgage industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- College degree preferred.
