Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for helping clients grow by creating and delivering client-specific products and brand-building solutions. You will help clients through attentive support and outreach to always keep them informed and by always providing the best options for their specific needs. You will have the opportunity to expand your client base through direct outreach to prospects in related fields and industries.
At BMS, we produce custom and thoughtful solutions in-house, making the most of our high-end printing and branding equipment, including our Canon (Colorado 1650) wide format printer, and Canon ImagePress V900 cut-sheet printer, our Mimaki UV flatbed printer (7151+), Hotronix presses, Epilog CO2 laser, Epson DTG and Tajima embroidery machine. You will also have the opportunity to work with our extensive network of partners while helping your clients market their brands and sell their products and services online through our custom, full-service software and e-commerce solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role.
