Entry Level Tech Team Leader

Duties:

- Reports to the Director of Technology.  

- Direct Tech Team duties and tasks.  Undergo mandatory rigorous leadership training.
- Work Closely with Director of Technology to create or improve IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Manage IT projects  
- Become proficient in refurbishment processes familiar to the Tech Team.  Undergo comprehensive and rigorous tech refurbishment training. 

- Become Familiar with other company departments and how the Tech Team highly impacts those departments.  

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Point-of-Sale related IT equipment.  We will train the right hire.
