Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who is eager to learn the automotive business from the ground up while owning the development and performance of our digital presence and website operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with strong digital skills and a drive to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Website Management:

Manage and update the websites for all three dealership rooftops (inventory, promotions, banners, and SEO best practices).

Collaborate with web vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and performance.

Track website traffic and analytics to optimize for engagement and conversions.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Assist in the development of monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns tailored to each brand and rooftop.

Manage email marketing, digital advertising (PPC, social media ads), and grassroots campaigns.

Stay ahead of marketing trends, proposing innovative campaigns and content strategies.

Social Media & Community Presence:

Oversee the group’s social media presence, creating content that drives engagement and local awareness.

Coordinate with teams to showcase dealership events, promotions, and customer success stories.

Support community event sponsorships and local partnerships to boost brand visibility.

Learning & Collaboration:

Immerse yourself in the dealership environment to understand customer behaviors, team operations, and the car buying process.

Work closely with Sales and Service departments to align marketing efforts with real-time business needs.

Proactively seek feedback and present new ideas to leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital media (automotive experience a plus but not required).

Strong understanding of website management tools (WordPress, Dealer.com, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).

Creative mindset with a willingness to learn the car business inside and out.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
