Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist Project Management Specialists and other functional department teams in tracking project schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
- Assist in identifying risks or delays and help communicate updates to internal teams.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document action items and deliver meeting summaries to stakeholders
- Update project schedules and documents with the most recent customer information and internal milestones.
- Maintain project files, templates, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
- Support root cause analysis activities by gathering data, compiling documentation, and assisting in preparing follow‑up reports.
- Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist with preparing and updating project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Provide administrative support to engineering and project teams, including scheduling meetings and coordinating information requests.
- Assist with preparing project close‑out documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and maintain accurate project information.
- Regular in‑person attendance is an essential function of the job.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Project Management, Business Administration or Communications.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Understand proper change control and scope management
- Understand scheduling and resource management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay organized across multiple tasks concurrently and manage time properly
- Proficient in the following applications: MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position. Examples of job duties that require a high level of English fluency are: communicate verbally and in writing with management, customers and internal teams
