Reporting to our sales leadership, you will work closely with Account Executives to identify new opportunities and champion the strategic value of appreciation in business. Your Role
- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential target accounts.
- Lead Research: Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring they align with our target segments in Sales, Customer Success, and HR.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in our CRM systems to ensure a data driven approach to growth.
- Meeting Coordination: Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team to drive platform utilization.
- Sales Support: Assist with follow up communications, proposal drafting, and other sales related tasks to help close deals.
- Collaborative Refinement: Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting based on outreach performance and metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a comfort for engaging new people over the phone.
- Ambitious and Organized: Self motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic research tools is a plus; previous experience with CRM systems or AI tools is a bonus.
- Customer Mindset: Previous sales or customer facing experience is a plus but not required as we value drive and curiosity.
