Energy & Utilities Law Expert — AI Training (Remote, US/UK/CA/AU)

Description: IXO is seeking energy and utilities lawyers to evaluate AI systems across oil & gas, power, renewables, and FERC practice. Energy law shapes the physical infrastructure of the modern world — AI needs your regulatory and transactional depth.

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate AI-generated PPAs, VPPAs, tolling agreements, and EPC/O&M contracts
  • Assess AI accuracy on FERC Orders (888, 1000, 2222), NERC, and state PUC rules
  • Review AI outputs on IRA tax-credit monetization, interconnection queues, and RPS compliance
  • Provide expert feedback on upstream/midstream/downstream O&G and renewables transactions
  • Red-team AI for unsafe pipeline siting advice, missed FERC filings, and tax-credit structuring errors

Requirements:

  • JD with active bar admission
  • 4+ years of energy law practice
  • Familiarity with FERC Orders or equivalent international rules

Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, fully flexible Pay: $90–$150/hr — weekly via Stripe or bank transfer
