About Us

Reliable Residence is solving the #1 barrier preventing healthcare travelers from accepting assignments: housing. Founded by a physician who experienced the problem firsthand, we're building verified, mid-term housing infrastructure for 3M+ healthcare travelers nationwide. We're early-stage, revenue-generating, and growing fast.

The Role

We need a junior full stack developer who wants real startup experience. You'll own features end-to-end, ship code weekly, and see direct impact on travelers finding housing and hospitals filling critical positions.

This is 15 hours/week, but it's intense:

  • You'll work nights and weekends when needed (we're a small team serving urgent needs)
  • You'll be on Slack with the team even when you're not coding
  • You'll ship features, not just tickets
  • You'll talk to actual users and see your code solve real problems

What You'll Build

  • Property listing and booking platform (React + Node.js)
  • Verification workflow tools for local inspectors
  • Partner portal for staffing agencies and hospitals
  • Payment processing and calendar integrations
  • Search/filter functionality for travelers
  • Mobile-responsive interfaces
