Assistant Director, STEM

The Assistant Director of the STEM Department supports the planning, delivery, and supervision of high-quality science, technology, engineering, and mathematics programming at a Scouting America summer camp. This role assists with daily operations, staff leadership, and hands-on instruction while ensuring programs meet Scouting America advancement standards, safety guidelines, and camp expectations. The Assistant Director serves as the second-in-command of the department and assumes leadership duties in the Director’s absence.
