Pay

• $28–$35 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Physicians, schools, insurance reps, and community partners
• Travel locally to:
• Attend events, visit referral sources, and represent the company
• Grow new referral sources:
• Medical offices, schools, regional centers, community organizations
• Support contracts:
• Assist with insurance and school partnerships
• Improve patient experience:
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback
• Track performance:
• Monitor referrals, trends, and engagement
• Collaborate with leadership:
• Help drive growth and retention strategies
• Provide top-tier customer service:
• Act as a liaison between families and clinicians
• Assist with:
• Scheduling, communication, and follow-ups as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication + people skills
• Highly organized with great follow-through
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Experience in:
• Healthcare, therapy, outreach, or patient relations (preferred)
• Bonus if you have:
• Insurance, school contracting, or medical marketing knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (local travel required)
