What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations of a high-volume pizza restaurant

Hire, train, and develop a strong, reliable team

Create a fast, positive, and high-energy work environment

Drive sales, control labor and food costs, and hit performance targets

Ensure excellent customer service and consistent product quality

Coach and develop future leaders within your store

Take full ownership of your location’s performance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

A hands-on leader who leads by example—not from the sidelines

Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
