Role Overview

Pharmacy First is launching clinics within pharmacies across the country to expand access to primary and preventative care. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to work directly with the Head of Clinical Operations to support the launch and operation of clinics across multiple states.

This role will help coordinate the operational, regulatory, and logistical work required to bring new clinics online.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operational launch of new clinics from planning through opening.
  • Coordinate clinic buildouts with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure construction and equipment installation stay on schedule
  • Track project timelines, build milestones, and operational readiness across multiple clinic launches
  • Assist with procurement and setup of medical equipment, supplies, and operational infrastructure
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to clinic setup, operational readiness, and vendor coordination
  • Support regulatory readiness for new clinic locations across multiple states.
  • Assist in coordinating credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment processes
  • Track regulatory requirements including CLIA waivers, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, and payer credentialing
  • Maintain compliance documentation and ensure required materials are organized and accessible for audits and regulatory review
  • Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory advisors to support approvals and licensing processes
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure clinic operations are supported by Pharmacy First Health’s internal technology systems.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to map patient workflows and clinic operations
  • Help identify operational gaps or inefficiencies during clinic launches
  • Support the development of repeatable processes that allow the organization to scale clinics across multiple markets

Qualifications Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, healthcare administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools
  • Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare operations
  • Exposure to regulatory or credentialing processes
  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments
  • Traveling is required.
