Digital Marketing Intern

Internship: Operations & Marketing Support (Part-Time)

Location: In Person

Compensation: Course credit or $15/hour

Time Commitment: About 10 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented intern to help support our agency’s day-to-day operations and client work. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how a real marketing agency runs while contributing meaningful work that actually matters.

If you enjoy staying organized, improving systems, and learning by doing, this internship is a great fit.

What You’ll Help With

General Support

  • Proofreading internal and client-facing documents
  • Organizing historical notes and internal documentation
  • Cleaning up shared folders, client files, and internal resources
  • Creating and managing tasks to keep projects moving

Onboarding & Systems

  • Supporting onboarding processes for new clients and projects
  • Updating notes, documentation, and internal hubs

Quality Checks

  • Reviewing automations, websites, and workflows to ensure everything is working properly
  • Flagging issues or inconsistencies for the team

Tracking & Reporting

  • Assisting with lead tracking and lead quality reviews
  • Supporting basic performance tracking

Learning & Exposure

  • Shadowing internal and client calls
  • Gaining experience with client communication and agency workflows

  • Comfort using Google Drive and basic online tools
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in marketing, operations, or agency work
