Shine Through Strength Physical Therapy is a concierge pelvic floor and orthopedic practice based in Georgetown, TX. We specialize in helping women move with confidence through every stage of life — from prenatal and postpartum to menopause and beyond.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, people-loving pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist who is passionate about helping others and creating a meaningful client experience. You’ll provide one-on-one care, build strong relationships, and be part of a practice that values connection, growth, and high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Treat 15-20 clients per week in 55-60-minute one-on-one sessions
  • Guide clients through a minimum of 12 sessions to help them achieve their goals
  • Lead and participate in group coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with other providers to enhance each client’s experience and outcomes
  • Proactively support clients in achieving lasting results
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Create social media content to educate the community and grow awareness
  • Treat a diverse population—all genders, ages 14–70
  • Help clients connect with their “deeper why” to stay engaged in their care
  • Confidently educate clients on recommended plans of care and care packages
  • Think critically and adapt creatively in your treatment approach
  • Participate in workshops, community events, and educational outreach to expand pelvic health awareness

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PTA)
  • Herman and Wallace or APTA Pelvic One
  • Experience or strong interest in pelvic health (training support available!)
  • Understanding of (or open to learning) cash-based care
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Comfortable creating basic educational content for social media
