We’ve got three student staff roles open:
- Support Specialist – Be the friendly voice that helps people troubleshoot their LTE equipment, answer questions, and guide customers to the right internet solutions.
- Equipment Specialist – Get hands-on with LTE antennas and routers, use mapping tools to check signal areas, and bring affordable internet to homes across the Upper Peninsula.
- Billing Specialist – Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by managing customer subscriptions, payment profiles, and helping people stay connected.

Hours:
Summer: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Fall: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Problem-solving abilities (or willingness to learn!)
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Positive, professional energy
Must be enrolled as an active NMU student
