Miami Brand Ambassador

Position ARCA as a key reference within the architecture, design, and real estate ecosystem in the United States, based in Miami, through an integrated strategy that combines PR, strategic relationships, events, and business development. The role aims to generate qualified leads, strengthen the client community, and act as the local face of the brand.

 

Location: Miami, Florida (on-site)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. PR & Media Relations (Local Focus – U.S.)

-Develop and execute ARCA’s PR strategy in the United States, with a primary focus on Miami.

-Build and maintain direct relationships with:

● Specialized media (architecture, design, real estate, lifestyle)

● Key editors, journalists, and content creators

-Coordinate press tours, showroom visits, and in-person interviews.

-Monitor and report on media coverage and brand positioning.

-Work closely with the Mexico team on narrative development, key messaging, and editorial materials.

 

2. Brand Presence & Relationship Building

-Serve as ARCA’s primary point of contact in Miami.

-Build and manage an active network of:

● Architects

● Interior designers

● Developers

● Brokers

● High-end clients

-Maintain close relationships with both existing and potential clients through:

● One-on-one meetings

● Showroom walkthroughs

● Strategic lunches, coffees, and gatherings

● Represent ARCA at key industry events

 

3. Strategic Events (PR + Business)

-Plan, organize, and execute events in the U.S. as tools for brand positioning and lead generation, including:

● Private breakfasts and exclusive dinners

● Material and collection presentationsPR / Brand Ambassador

● Special events and collaborations

-Define clear objectives for each event (PR, sales, lead generation, relationship building).

-Manage logistics, vendors, guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-ups.

-Prepare post-event reports including:

● Attendance

● Leads generated

● Opportunities identified

● Next commercial steps

 

4. Lead Generation & Business Development

-Identify business opportunities and projects in development.

-Detect potential clients and active projects within the market.

-Generate and qualify leads for the commercial team.

-Conduct initial follow-ups and channel opportunities to the sales team.

-Maintain an organized record of contacts and leads (CRM or internal database).

 

Profile

● Based in Miami

● Strong relationship-building, communication, and brand representation skills

● Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of premium brands

● Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented

● Native-level English and Spanish

 

KPIs

● Leads generated (monthly / quarterly)

● Events executed and quality of attendees

● Projects identified and referred to the sales team

● Relevant media coverage

● Growth and engagement of the local community.
