Olympia Pools & Spas, an award-winning specialty retailer and service provider in Fort Wayne, is looking for a Lead Service Technician who isn’t just looking to turn a wrench, but who thrives on solving complex problems and holding a standard of excellence.

We already have the hard workers who can execute a plan; we need the visionary troubleshooter who can evaluate the field, invent the solutions, and ensure our standard of excellence is never compromised.
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot & Innovate: Perform expert diagnostic repair of pool and spa equipment. You will be our go-to expert for complex field issues, inventing novel solutions when the standard playbook fails.
- Quality Control: Act as the "eyes" of our service department. You will evaluate jobs, audit field work, make detailed notations of repairs, and ensure everything meets a flawless standard before we call it complete.
- Lead the Standard: We are looking for a visionary who will master this role and quickly transition into our Lead Technician, setting the tone for the entire service department.

What You Need (The Requirements):
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Pool/Hot Tub Repair (1 year preferred).
- Ability to lift 100lbs and capability to work in confined areas.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed during peak seasons.
Perks & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $15.00 - $20.00+ Guaranteed hourly rate based on experience. (Note: Negotiable based on Lead capabilities, there will be significant increase upon promotion to Lead Technician)
