Baseball Performance Intern

The Opportunity

Brand Athletics is hiring a Baseball Performance Intern to work alongside our staff during the 2026 summer club baseball season. This is a hands-on internship with some of the sharpest minds in baseball in the nation and who have extensive baseball playing and coaching experience. The majority of your time will be with our strength and conditioning coordinator, who has a strong education background and applied experience.

As part of this experience, you will work directly with baseball athletes to help drive performance across the season. This opportunity is built for someone who wants to get into the performance and coaching sphere.

  • Applied experience you can carry into a full-time S&C or performance role

Who We're Looking For

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related major
  • Actively pursuing a career in the coaching sphere, whether in S&C, sports coaching, or fitness
  • Strong communication and planning skills, including showing up to assigned shifts on time and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner as instructed
  • Coachable, reliable, and genuinely invested in athlete development

Strongly Preferred:

  • Familiarity with baseball
  • Playing experience, with competitive or higher-level experience being a major plus

The Details

Dates: June 2 - August 6 (earlier May start preferred for onboarding)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 6:00AM - 11:00AM

Pay: $12/hr
