Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary

A growing healthcare management company is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting operations in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, reference checks, document verification, recruiting event participation, and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, candidate interviews, and interview scheduling/logistics (virtual and in-person), including confirmations and reschedules
  • Communicate with candidates professionally via phone and email, and maintain a strong candidate experience
  • Maintain job postings across platforms and refresh templates as needed
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate updates in the recruiting tracker and related spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and track reference checks and ensure results are properly documented
  • Follow up with interviewers and hiring managers to gather feedback and confirm next steps
  • Support onboarding as needed by assisting with basic onboarding coordination and documentation follow-up
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs, including virtual and in-person participation
  • Support monthly recruiting reports and assist with bi-weekly reporting as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information appropriately
  • Support the HR team with internal HR/administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, BA degree preferred, with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and a sense of ownership
  • Languages (all required): Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid work schedule
