Office Assistant

We are a health insurance agency that focuses on helping clients obtain health and life insurances. The Office Assistant's roles involve the following:

  • Data entry, cleaning, and analysis on a CRM system
  • Marketing campaigns and support
  • Website and blog management
  • Customer service and support
  • Other general office work as directed by the supervisor

No experience is necessary! Training will be provided on site. Mandarin and/or Vietnamese speaking ability preferred.
