What You’ll Do
- Run in-home solar consultations with homeowners
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
- Present customized solar solutions and close deals
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects

What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (solar or in-home sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Based in or near the Newark New Jersey area
Compensation
- 100% commission (1099 independent contractor)
- Uncapped earnings potential
- High performers earning $200K+ annually
