Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Sales Intern to support our business growth efforts across content, campaigns, brand development, and sales support. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to learn, enjoys both creative and analytical work, and wants hands-on experience contributing to real marketing initiatives. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing and sales team to help bring ideas to life, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.

The summer internship program will include ownership of a major project that supports the organization's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research content trends, social media best practices, hashtags, and competitor activity to help inform marketing strategy
• Support content shoots, including helping with setup, coordination, and capturing behind-the-scenes photo and video content
• Assist in brainstorming campaign concepts, promotional ideas, and content calendar planning
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand voice, messaging consistency, and campaign execution
• Help identify sales and marketing opportunities by researching leads, prospects, and target audiences
• Support outreach efforts and assist with organizing and tracking pipeline activity
• Contribute ideas that help improve engagement, visibility, and overall marketing performance
• Assist with additional marketing and cross-functional projects as needed

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, and content creation
• Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas and try new approaches
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends
• Basic experience with content creation, photography, video, or design tools is a plus
• Interest in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus
