Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Originations Associate to help generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with prospective clients. This is a contractor role ideal for someone entrepreneurial, organized, and comfortable speaking with professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research prospective clients such as law firms, businesses, and advisors
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Qualify leads and gauge interest in litigation finance solutions
• Schedule introductory meetings for senior management
• Maintain CRM / pipeline tracking of outreach and follow-ups
• Help build target lists and improve outreach strategy over time

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior sales, business development, recruiting, or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails
• Self-starter who works independently
• Organized and responsive
• Interest in legal, finance, or professional services is a plus

Compensation Structure:
Flexible contractor arrangement. Can include hourly pay, payment per booked qualified meeting, plus bonuses tied to successful deals.
