Pediatric Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic concerns, and gross motor impairments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
- Provide caregiver education and home program instruction
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other team members
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in Tennessee
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
