Install Project Management Coordinator
THE LIVING COMPANY · Install Project Management Coordinator
Tampa, FL
Overview
The Living Company is installing bathroom shower surrounds, shower glass door systems followed by a range of fixed furniture for a brand-new student housing property developed by Core Spaces. We are for coordinators in both Tampa, FL and Bloomington, IN and is already underway concluding in the spring semester of 2027.
We are a division of The Living Company; we offer beautiful and commercially durable furniture for forward-thinking developers and commercial interior designers. For more information on who we are please livingcompany.com.
We are seeking candidates to support our installation process and be our eyes and ears on the ground at the properties before and during the installation project.
Candidates will be focusing on the installation of our built-in “Fixed Furniture”. This includes:
- Bathroom shower surrounds and shower glass door systems.
- Kitchen and Bathroom countertops and cabinets.
- Double Dividers: an innovative room divider that effectively turns one large room into two distinct student bedrooms.
- Pods: a concept inspired by the compact living trend. This system provides two students their own private sleep, study, and storage space within a shared bedroom.
- Murphy Beds: pull down beds that allow compact studio spaces to transform from living room to bedroom and back again.
- Bunk beds: our take on this student staple—integrated storage, power, and lighting are offered in a generously sized sleeping space with privacy curtain system.
While we are a furniture company, this internship leans heavily towards construction management. You’ll be working in a building site and interacting with contractors of all kinds to help solve problems.
We’ve found that our previous coordinators gained invaluable construction-focused experience.
