About the Role

Minds At Play Afterschool is looking for a Math Tutor to work with small groups of elementary and middle school students. The focus is on homework help, strengthening math skills, and building student confidence.

Responsibilities

Support students with math (K–8) in small groups

Help with homework and basic concepts

Lead short activities/lessons (materials provided)

Maintain a positive and structured environment

Qualifications

Strong basic math skills

Experience working with children

Patient, reliable, and engaging

Preferred: College student or background in education/math, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
