Licensed Clinical Supervisor- Youth Day Treatment

About the Role

Mindful Behavioral Care is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to lead our Afterschool Day Treatment Program for children. This role combines hands-on leadership, clinical support, and program oversight in a structured, team-based environment.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with youth, supporting staff, and being actively involved in a program, not stuck behind a desk all day.

Applicants must hold an active Ohio behavioral health license (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or higher)

Schedule

  • School Year: Monday- Thursday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Summer: Monday- Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and support Day Treatment staff through coaching, feedback, and daily guidance
  • Oversee daily program operations (staffing, scheduling, group flow)
  • Provide hands-on support to model interventions and behavior strategies
  • Respond to behavioral concerns using clinical judgment
  • Support a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment
  • Lead team meetings, trainings, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen program quality

Required Qualifications

  • Active Ohio license required (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or higher)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or related field required
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks (BCI/FBI)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in a behavioral health or school-based setting

Additional Requirements

  • Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger van
  • Must be available for the listed schedule
