Job Description

Team members will work across both Franken Dogs and Rocky Top Rage Room, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a hybrid role that combines food service, customer interaction, and live experience hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, high-energy experience
• Take food orders, assist with menu selections, and deliver items efficiently
• Host rage room sessions, including safety guidance and maintaining the overall experience
• Reset and clean rage rooms quickly between sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across both businesses
• Handle transactions and assist with reservations when needed
• Support team operations by stepping into different roles as needed

Shift Structure:

• Openers: Prepare both businesses for the day (setup, cleaning, stocking)
• Closers: Complete end-of-day breakdown, cleaning, and reset for the next day

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, hands-on, and highly interactive
• Requires multitasking and the ability to shift between roles
• Team members will work in both food service and entertainment settings
