JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through accurate handling of flooring materials, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and complete flooring material orders for delivery or pickup based on schedule.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory (unload, label, store, organize).
- Pick and load materials for scheduled deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including shelving, pallet areas, and workstations.
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
- Report any discrepancies, damage, or inventory issues promptly.
- Complete required documentation and data entry related to inventory and orders.
- Monitor inventory and delivery status to ensure items arrive on time.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus.
- Basic computer/data entry skills.
- • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy flooring materials (50 Lbs. or more).
- Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
