Event Brand Ambassador & On-Camera Talent

ReBloom.Global is looking for charismatic Brand Ambassadors to join our mobile media team for the Summer 2026 Chicago festival season. This is a mobile media role. You will be roaming some of Chicago's most iconic events (Randolph Street Market, Renegade Craft Fair, Wells St. Art Fest) to interview stylish attendees, host "street games," and create viral content about the resale economy and sustainable fashion. 

What We Provide (Your Kit) To ensure you look and sound like a pro, ReBloom.Global provides every ambassador with: 

● Official ReBloom Gear: High-end branded apparel (T-shirt/Hat) to ensure you are easily identifiable as "Official Media." 

● Lead Capture Tools: Personalized cards featuring your unique QR code for tracking follower growth and lead generation. 

● Professional Audio: High-quality wireless lavalier microphones (DJI/Rode) to ensure your interviews sound crisp regardless of street noise. 

● Digital Script & Cheat Sheet: A mobile-ready guide for our "Signature Plays" (The Closet Score, Worst Purchase Confessions, etc.). Reporting & Performance Tracking We believe in transparency and rewarding performance. Here is how your work is tracked: 

● Digital Check-In: Ambassadors check in/out via our team app (Slack/GroupMe) at the start and end of each festival shift. 

● The Leaderboard: Your unique QR code tracks every follow and email signup you generate in real-time. 

● Post-Event Recap: A 5-minute digital form submitted after each event to log "Top Interaction of the Day" and any vendor insights gathered. Requirements & Equipment The Vibe: Outgoing, fast talker, and social media native. You should have a personal interest in fashion, sustainability, or the resale market. 

You Must Provide: 

● Smartphone: iPhone 13+ or equivalent for backup footage/comms. 

● Personal Style: You should dress to reflect Chicago street style—elevated, trendy, or unique vintage (paired with your ReBloom gear). 

● Transport: Ability to commute to various Chicago neighborhoods. Schedule (Summer 2026 Series) Shifts are typically 5 hours (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

● June 20-21: Gold Coast Art Fair 

● July 10-11 & 17-18: North Shore Sidewalk Sales 

Compensation & Perks 

● Base Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. 

● Performance Bonus: $2.00 per 10 new followers captured via your unique QR code, up to $200

● Portfolio: You will be featured in produced content across ReBloom.Global platforms.
