Transportation Manager and Millwork Assistant

 

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to safely operate a 16' box truck and 10' flatbed (No CDL required).
  • Securely blanket-wrap furniture for safe transportation.
  • Inspect items before delivery.
  • Load the truck in the correct sequence.
  • Professional representation for in-home delivery.
  • Catching and returning lumber out of millwork equipment.

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • The ability to move and lift furniture weighing approximately 50-75+ lbs. 

 

Customer Relations: 

  • Communicate professionally and precisely with customers both in-store and during deliveries. 

 

Administration: 

  • Perform basic computer tasks.

 

Job Locations: 

  • Support operations at both the West Salem and Richfield locations.

 

Qualifications: 

  • A willingness to learn.
  • Patience when assisting clients.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
