Intake Coordinator

About the Role

As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll guide applicants through their first interaction with our team and set the tone for their experience.

You’ll lead short video calls, help candidates understand the process, and ensure each interaction feels smooth, clear, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initial intake interviews with applicants
  • Create a welcoming and professional candidate experience
  • Guide conversations clearly and efficiently
  • Capture key information during each interaction 
  • Ensure candidates understand next steps  

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Warm, approachable, and clear speaking style  
  • Ability to guide structured conversations
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • 30+ hours/week availability
