Advanced Solutions Team Lead
Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising Advanced Solutions Team Lead to own the deployment, integration, and field success of Sitemetric’s most advanced solutions. This is a hybrid role; part operational leader, part technology deployment specialist. You will lead initial deployments, establish operational standards, and oversee the expansion of these roles as we scale nationally.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep coordination with general contractors, trade partners, and client teams to integrate Sitemetric technology into complex construction environments. You will create and maintain detailed logistics plans in line with general contractor best practices, ensuring seamless alignment between site operations and our platform’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and field integration of advanced jobsite solutions including Controlled Access Zones, role-based equipment access, and real-time workforce intelligence tools.
- Create, update, and maintain complex logistics and phasing plans that align with general contractor scheduling and operational needs.
- Coordinate daily with construction superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure technology deployments enhance, not disrupt, site workflows.
- Serve as the originating subject matter expert for this role, establishing standards, playbooks, and oversight for future team members in similar positions.
- Partner with customers, site leadership, and internal stakeholders to align capabilities with operational and business objectives.
- Establish best practices, playbooks, and performance metrics to drive consistency across deployments.
- Manage cross-functional teams from concept through post-deployment optimization, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and field-proven.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Sitemetric remains at the forefront of innovation in jobsite intelligence.
- Attend GC and Client Safety Meetings to review EHS performance, communicate Sitemetric initiatives, and coordinate safety priorities across projects – certification tracking and management – forward leaning safety tech culture – making safety data visible and actionable to drive positive safety culture success whatever.
Compliance & Program Management
- Support deployment and optimization of technology-based safety tools and dashboards.
- Tool box talks promotion full value and experience received from Sitemetric tech platform.
Data & Reporting
- Analyze safety metrics and trends to identify leading indicators; partner with appropriate stakeholders
- Contribute to customer and project-wide performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle and across the customers broader enterprise.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support innovation projects and cross-functional safety, security, and other programs.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in high-tech, construction, or operational technology environments.
- Experience in large-scale deployment of workforce or asset tracking, access control, or integrated safety systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills for planning and data gathering and analytics.
- (Optional to have) Experience with Bluebeam Revu (or equivalent PDF markup/drawing tools) to review, edit, and create construction documents.
- Proven ability to create and manage logistics and phasing plans in coordination with construction schedules.
- Experience in large-scale deployment of workforce or asset tracking, access control, or integrated safety systems.
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and operational workflows in mission-critical environments (data centers preferred).
- Leadership experience in either a construction management, superintendent, or technical operations role.
- Ability to lead teams through rapid problem-solving, field adaptation, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both in the field and with executive stakeholders.

Additional Information
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this remote position ranges from $56,000- $68,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.
