Legal Analyst Employment & Licensing

Job Description: MasTec, Inc. is seeking a full-time legal analyst – employment & licensing to join its in-house legal team in Coral Gables, Florida. MasTec is looking for a team player who has an interest in the legal field. Responsibilities include evaluation of employment matters, coordination of discovery process, coordination of deposition and employee interviews, assist in factual investigations, perform basic legal research, maintain matter files, coordinate EPL Insurance notice process, maintain immigration public information files, and provide assistance to licensing analyst. Ideal applicants have attained a bachelor’s degree, are hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, and would value mentorship from MasTec in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Labor and Employment attorney in all aspects related to pertinent matters.
• Manage electronic and physical legal documents involving Labor & Employment issues.
• Manage projects as requested by supervising attorney.
• Assist licensing analyst as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Interest in the legal field.
