POSITION TITLE: Business Development Specialist

REPORTS TO: Vice President

POSITION SUMMARY: Seeking an entry level Business Development Specialist with some education (degree preferred) and some sales experience. Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is success driven with a strong willingness to learn. Position offers competitive compensation structure, full range of benefits and comprehensive training.

ABOUT PROJECTILE TUBE CLEANING: Projectile Tube Cleaning manufactures maintenance products for the utilities industry and also provides the related maintenance services. Our company and our industry are growing fast and we need qualified sales people to capitalize on the growing demand for our products and services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· 4-year college degree is preferred, but not necessary

· Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with strong experience in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to identify and develop strategic relationships with clients

· Travel required

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Identify and develop relationships with potential clients through business development, and initial sales calls

· Prospect for potential customers using direct methods such as calling and setting up face to face meetings

· Utilize indirect methods of marketing and client development utilizing trade shows, conferences and social media

· Manage new and current customer accounts, internal consultation

· Work with staff and field personnel for training purposes

· Grow revenue and develop business relationships within geographic territory

· Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION:

· Compensation is a combination of a base salary with the opportunity for performance based bonuses

· The salary range listed above is flexible based on the experience level of the candidate. The range is not fixed.

· Full complement of benefits include: Health care, vision, dental, PTO, and a tax-deferred retirement

· All travel expenses paid
