Position Overview: Content Creator Intern

Más Latino is seeking a talented, creative, and proactive Content Creator Intern to join our digital and editorial team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how multimedia content is produced inside the largest Latino media network in New England.

You will contribute to the creation of short-form videos, digital capsules, podcast content, and social storytelling pieces for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions, scriptwriting, light editing, and the adaptation of radio content to digital platforms.

This role is ideal for students passionate about digital media, creativity, storytelling, and culturally driven content.

Main Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in a university and eligible for academic credit or professional internships.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. (English is a plus.)
• Demonstrated interest in digital content creation, social media communication, or multimedia storytelling.
• Ability to write short scripts or captions with creativity and clarity.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar.
• Strong connection to Latino culture and current social conversations.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic media environment.
• Availability to work approximately 8 hours per day on content creation and editorial tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Create original, dynamic, and culturally relevant content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write scripts for short informative capsules, storytelling formats, or micro-interviews.
• Record and edit vertical videos using platform-appropriate rhythm, subtitles, and visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the editorial and radio teams to generate ideas.
• Assist in adapting radio and podcast segments into digital short-form content.
• Identify social media trends and creatively translate them into the Más Latino voice.
• Support multimedia workflows including video organization, content scheduling, and cross-platform repurposing.
