Account Assistant Manager (Sales/Marketing Representative)

Hiring: Account Manager / Sales Representative (3–10 Years Experience)

A rapidly growing global company in the energy and advanced materials sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales Representative to join its U.S. operations.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and driving account growth in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate has experience working with industrial or manufacturing clients and enjoys building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and sales discussions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contract documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, engineering)
  • Track account performance, sales activity, and customer feedback
  • Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion
  • Maintain CRM/ERP data accuracy and reporting
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Support management in customer meetings and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or related field
  • 3–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in automotive, battery, chemical, or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar systems
  • Experience working with global OEM or Tier-1 customers
  • Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Chinese) preferred
