Remote Sales Representative (Commission Only) – Flio (AI + Robotics)

We are seeking highly driven individuals for a private contract sales opportunity Full-time/Part-time with Flio (AI + Robotics), a company building next-generation systems across AI, automation, and robotics.

This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor role designed for individuals who want uncapped earning potential and thrive in performance-based environments.

Compensation:
Phase 1: Earn up to ~$1,500+ per closed deal through a combination of upfront and recurring commission payouts, with additional performance-based bonuses available.

Earning potential:
Top performers → $20,000+/month
No cap on earnings.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, Attending Conferences)
Engage potential clients and generate interest
Manage pipeline and follow-ups
Close deals independently

Ideal Candidate:
Strong communicator (English Language) with confidence
Self-motivated and disciplined
Comfortable in commission-based environments
High ownership and persistence
Interested in sales, startups, or emerging technologies

Sales experience is a MUST.
