Pre-Production/Casting Intern

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Intern to support our Pre-Production and Casting teams while gaining hands-on exposure to audiobook production, narrator research, and casting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support narrator research and organize casting materials
• Assist with audition tracking, sample collection, and database updates
• Help maintain pronunciation files, billboards, and credits
• Conduct light research projects and support special team initiatives
• Provide general administrative support across Pre-Production and Casting

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with an interest in publishing, theater, entertainment, or audiobooks
• English, Literature, Theater, or related background preferred
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or content tools is a plus

Internship Goals

By the end of the internship, the intern will gain exposure to audiobook production workflows, contribute to team projects, and build practical experience across both Pre-Production and Casting.
