Leasing Administrative Coordinator
Cornerstone Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for preparing and delivering tenant notices, coordinating property showings, and managing communication with prospective tenants. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Coordination
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Follow up with prospects to encourage applications and maintain engagement
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, showings, and applicant status
Notices & Documentation
- Prepare, post, and deliver required tenant notices in compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Track notice deadlines and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping
- Coordinate with property managers regarding tenant communications and enforcement actions
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Support leasing and property management staff with day-to-day operational needs
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the property management team
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Basic knowledge of property management processes is a plus
- Proficient with email, scheduling tools, and standard office software
Work Environment & Expectations
- Combination of office-based work and field activities (e.g., property showings, notice delivery)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is be required
