About The Role

We are looking for a curious and driven Marketing Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of marketing strategy and execution, helping to build, optimize, and scale the systems that power our marketing engine. You will have the opportunity to learn and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and content
  • Research and implement emerging marketing strategies, tools, and technologies to keep the team ahead of industry trends
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, CRM data, and campaign tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and produce regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to align operations with broader marketing goals
  • Assist in managing the marketing tech stack, including evaluating new tools and ensuring proper integration across platforms
  • Support lead management processes, including segmentation, scoring, and nurturing workflows
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and documentation to keep campaigns on track

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations
  • Eagerness to stay current on marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in learning and growing within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
