What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Manage the entire recruiting process—from job postings and screening to interviews and offers.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Travel as needed for recruiting events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1–2 years preferred).
