Physical Therapist

Job Summary

PivotPoint Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Roseburg, Oregon. This position is ideal for a therapist who values individualized patient care, strong clinical relationships, and the opportunity to be part of a small but expanding private practice.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, provide skilled treatment, maintain timely documentation, and work collaboratively to help patients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

-Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting

-Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

-Perform ongoing reassessments and modify treatment plans as appropriate

-Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries

-Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

-Communicate effectively with referring providers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals as needed

-Maintain compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations

-Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and patient-centered clinic environment

Qualifications

-Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

-Current Oregon Physical Therapist license, or eligible for licensure in Oregon

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-New graduates encouraged to apply
