Front Office Coordinator

Part-Time Front Office Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Keep common areas, front desk, and office spaces clean, organized, and presentable
Provide general administrative support as needed
Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or office activities

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills (Gmail, Google Suite)
Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred, but not required
