Entry Level Assistant Manager

At Desert Edge Marketing, we deliver results that matter. We are hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager, to help support retail store operations while assisting with AT&T customer sales in face-to-face retail environments such as Target. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will not only sell AT&T, but they will assist with managing and coaching our sales team members. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to step into leadership, this role offers hands-on experience and a clear path forward.

The Entry Level Assistant Manager position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills while mastering retail sales, customer engagement, and daily store operations. You’ll learn how to support sales floors, contribute to team performance, and prepare for long-term management growth by leading through action.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Assistant Manager:

  • Work directly with customers in store to provide AT&T product education, demos, and sales support
  • Guide customers toward wireless and internet solutions that fit their needs
  • Execute sales strategies and contribute to daily revenue goals
  • Support store operations, merchandising, and inventory organization
  • Assist with managing team members during shifts to reinforce service and sales standards
  • Maintain brand standards and a professional retail environment
