Mental Health Therapist

New Graduate Mental Health Therapist (LGPC/LMSW)
Hybrid/Remote Opportunity

About the Role:
Bloom Health Centers is seeking compassionate and motivated new graduate therapists (LGPCs and LMSWs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians beginning their careers who are looking for a supportive environment with structured supervision, professional development, and manageable caseload expectations.

You will have the opportunity to build your clinical skills while working with a diverse client population across the lifespan, with guidance from experienced, fully licensed clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments with support and supervision as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and clinical guidance
  • Provide individual (and potentially family) therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards
  • Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members for case consultation
  • Connect clients to community resources and coordinate care when appropriate
  • Support clients in crisis situations with guidance from senior clinicians
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Active Maryland and/or Virginia LGPC or LMSW license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interest in developing clinical skills and working toward independent licensure
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback through supervision
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including some evening hours

Compensation:

  • Full-Time (LGPC/LMSW): Salaried position with consistent income and benefits
  • Part-Time (LGPC/LMSW): Compensation based on CPT codes (fee-for-service model tied to sessions provided)
  • Total annual income potential: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on schedule, location, and productivity)
