We Are Looking For Someone With:
- A High School diploma or equivalency; a degree in Business is a plus
- Prior exposure to sales, telecommunications, account management, or client service is ideal
- Reliable transportation to the office daily
- Ability to work full-time
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities As A Sales Support Representative :
- Handle customer concerns by listening to their grievance, addressing any arising problems, and coming up with the appropriate resolutions
- Educating potential customers on the benefits of Verizon’s services with personalized proposals based on their needs
- Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to our services goes as seamlessly as possible
- Participate in weekly operations meetings with Managers and fellow Client Sales Associates to communicate sales or market trends and address new technology or promotions
- Adhere to, and enforce all sales policies, practices, and procedures
- Build and maintain client relationships for long-term satisfaction and repeat business
