Legal Administrative Assistant
We’re seeking a friendly, organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and paralegals with front-office communication, scheduling, intake, and administrative tasks. We use Clio for firm management and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office
- Answer and screen calls; provide basic information and take messages for attorneys/paralegals
- Coordinate scheduling by phone/email
- Assist with client intake by collecting contact info and key matter details
- File, scan, and maintain firm records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Professional communication and strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
- Comfortable with email, calendars, scanning, and document management
