Job Description
Mindful Milestones Applied Behavior Analysis, PLLC (Youngbin Kim, Licensed Behavior Analyst, PLLC) provides in-home ABA and Verbal Behavior services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to create meaningful learning opportunities that help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families and providing strong training to our team.

We are hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under the supervision of a BCBA/LBA. Hours may vary based on caseload, client attendance, and documentation completion.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes and community settings. Follow treatment goals created by the supervising BCBA/LBA. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Collect accurate session data and complete documentation. Communicate with families and collaborate with the clinical team. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Schedule
Weekdays: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Weekends: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Morning or early afternoon sessions may be available during school breaks. Final schedules depend on client availability.

Compensation
$22 to $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is provided for direct (billable) service hours. Paid training is provided after hire. The required 40-hour RBT training course must be completed prior to the start date.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree or currently enrolled in psychology, education, child development, or a related field. Experience working with children (with or without ASD). Reliable transportation for sessions in Long Island City, Queens. Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons. Comfortable working in homes and community environments. Basic documentation and data entry skills. Energetic, engaging, dependable, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required at hire. Experience with DTT, NET, or early childhood education. Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.

Client Population
Clients are typically between ages 4–18, with services provided for individuals up to age 21.

Growth Opportunities
RBT certification support and supervision available. BCBA candidates may receive supervision and practicum hours.

Requirements
Background check required. Health clearance including TB documentation and immunization records as required. Consistent attendance is essential.

Service Area
Client homes in Long Island City, Queens. Cases are assigned based on proximity to your location whenever possible.

W-2 employee.
