Operations Coordinator
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Operations Coordinator to support our Director of Operations and keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is the backbone of execution—ensuring tasks are completed, data is tracked, and communication flows across all departments.

What You’ll Do
Data & KPI Tracking
- Maintain and update weekly KPI dashboards across all departments
- Track key metrics including inventory, production output, shipping performance, and shrink
- Ensure all reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Keep leadership informed without needing follow-up
Task & Project Coordination
- Manage and maintain cross-department task trackers
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met
- Proactively flag delays, risks, or missed tasks
SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Management
- Organize and maintain internal SOP library
- Update documentation as processes evolve
- Ensure teams are consistently using the most current procedures
Cross-Department Communication
- Act as a central point of follow-up between Inventory, Production, Shipping, and Retail teams
- Provide clear and timely updates to the Director of Operations
- Help eliminate communication gaps and inefficiencies
Operational Support
- Assist with inventory audits and reporting preparation
- Support system rollouts and process improvements
- Handle recurring operational and administrative tasks
What Success Looks Like
- KPI reports are consistently accurate and submitted on time
- Tasks across departments are completed efficiently and on schedule
- SOPs are actively maintained and followed by teams
- Leadership does not need to chase updates or basic execution
What This Role Is NOT
- This is not a leadership or decision-making role
- This is not a strategy position
- This is a hands-on execution and support role focused on keeping operations running efficiently

Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in operations coordination or administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise across teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with data and reports
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable and consistent with strong accountability for completing tasks
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with KPI tracking or reporting
- Familiarity with inventory, production, retail, or logistics environments
- Experience maintaining SOPs or internal documentation
- Exposure to tools like Slack or similar systems
